According to a social media thread on Reddit which currently has 128 comments and 122 upticks. Installing the April Windows updates KB5001330 or KB5001337 can cause the following issues with a number of games including Doom Eternal and Forza Horizon 4.
- Random stuttering
- Unstable fps (frames per second)
- vsync not working at times
Comments in the Reddit thread indicates that the issue is impacting PC gamers with both Nvidia and AMD Graphics cards.
